My health and wellness career began in 2017, when I became a Certified Fitness Leader and started helping others navigate their fitness journeys. But over time, I realized that exercise alone wasn’t enough—especially for women struggling with burnout, gut issues, and hormone imbalances.
That led me to dig deeper into women’s health, functional nutrition, and holistic healing. Now, as a:

My Story
(AKA: Why I Give a Sh*t About This Work)
I spent 20+ years dealing with gut issues, bloating, fatigue, and hormone chaos. No matter what I ate, I felt heavy, exhausted, and just off. I can’t tell you how many times I was asked if I was pregnant—when I wasn’t. Seriously, people; stop doing that.
Then life threw me a curveball—or, more like, a wrecking ball. Three major surgeries. Losing my dad in a tragic accident. Undiagnosed postpartum depression. Working long, stressful shifts in the restaurant industry, running on fumes and way too much caffeine.
I was burnt out in every possible way—physically, mentally, emotionally. And despite everything I knew about health and fitness, I couldn’t fix myself with another green smoothie or sweaty workout.
So I said, screw this. I stopped trying to “power through” and started doing what actually worked: fueling my body, honoring my hormones, ditching diet culture, and treating my health like a priority, not an afterthought.

Passionate foodie—I love trying new recipes and making meals for my family. Because let’s be real, feeding kids is the worst part of the day (second only to bedtime). But when you actually make a meal that the whole family loves? That’s a damn victory.
Lover of loud music, deep conversations, being outdoors and making people laugh.
A total book nerd. If I get the time to sit and read (rare, but it happens), I geek out over holistic nutrition books or juicy autobiographies. I feel the most fulfilled when I’m learning.
