The Embodied Wellness Method is my signature approach to helping women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and feel empowered in their bodies without extremes, guilt, or burnout.
But it didn’t start in a textbook—it started with me.
After years of struggling with bloating, inflammation, insomnia, and constantly living in fight-or-flight mode, I knew something had to change. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my own body. I had experienced internal symptoms for years, which I hid from the world, but it was when my body had finally had enough and began to show externally that I knew I needed to take my health and my power back.
Through my healing journey, I discovered that true wellness isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about creating harmony from the inside out. That’s how the Embodied Wellness Method was born.
It’s built around three transformative pillars that work together to create long-lasting, sustainable change:
1. Nourishment
