What Makes This Different?

The truth is, I didn’t create The Nourished Woman Project from a textbook. I created it out of necessity when my own body started changing, and I couldn’t find clear answers. At 35, I was exhausted, bloated, dealing with heavy, irregular periods, and feeling stuck. Despite being told “everything looks normal” on my lab results, I knew in my gut that something wasn’t right.

So I dug deeper, I learned how to read my symptoms, support my hormones, and rebuild my energy using nutrition, movement, and healing my nervous system. I invested in advanced training, expanded my toolbox, and started connecting the dots in a way traditional health care wasn’t doing. And as my body healed, I realized this wasn’t just about me- it was a framework women everywhere needed.
