I help women in perimenopause address the root causes of their fatigue, bloating, and stubborn weight, without diet restrictions and exhausting workouts.
Ready to feel like yourself again?
Hi! I’m Lacey
Your no-BS, hormone-loving, women’s health advocate who’s been exactly where you are.
Tired. Bloated. Frustrated. Trying to do all the right things but still feeling like crap. Sound familiar?
I’m a Certified Nutritional Counselor and Female Hormone Coach who specializes in helping women navigate the chaos of perimenopause, with personalized nutrition, nervous system support, and a whole lot of compassion.
There’s a lot of health advice out there. Most of it contradicts itself. And honestly? Most of it wasn’t made for women in perimenopause.
My approach is different, because it’s rooted in real life, real science, and real results.
Want to know how I got here ( and why I’m so passionate about this work)?

“I joined Lacey to learn how to manage hormonal cravings and get my weight back to a spot that is better for my body. I had chronic pain and a bad relationship with food. Only 3 weeks in and I am already finding my relationship with food is much healthier, I am without pain, and I have also found it easier to handle the rollercoaster that is my cycle. My PMS is no longer a dark cloud. She makes it attainable and doesn’t hold weight over your head like most diet plans. I feel great!”

“I’ve really enjoyed working with Lacey, especially for the accountability. I’ve appreciated Lacey’s guidance and suggestions; they’ve helped me stay on track with my goals and push for more daily movement. 3 weeks in and I’m already noticing an increase in energy, deeper, and more restful sleep, and better mobility. I highly recommend.”
